1. How channels get into 500channels
500channels lists live streams that are publicly available on the internet, as catalogued by the open-source iptv-org project. When you watch, the video plays directly from the broadcaster's or host's own servers.
- We don't host, store, record or re-encode any video.
- We don't remove or alter broadcasters' on-screen branding or ads.
- We don't list channels marked as closed, and we hide streams that stop working.
2. Requesting removal of a channel
If you own a channel, or are authorised to act for its owner, and don't want it in 500channels, email [email protected] with:
- the channel name and, if you can, its 500channels number or stream address;
- your name, organisation, and contact details;
- information showing you own the channel or are authorised to act for the owner;
- a statement that the information in your request is accurate and made in good faith.
We review every complete request and remove the channel from 500channels once it is verified. Because our list comes from iptv-org, you may also wish to ask them to remove the stream from their public lists.
