1. What 500channels is

500channels is a player and guide for live TV streams that are publicly available on the internet. The channel list comes from the open-source iptv-org project. Video plays directly from each channel's broadcaster or stream host.

We don't own, host, record, re-encode or control any of the channels or their programmes. We can't guarantee that any channel will be available, uninterrupted, in a particular quality or suitable for every viewer.

2. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Who can use it

The Service is for personal use. If you are under 18, use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for what you watch. Some channels may show news or programmes that aren't suitable for children.

4. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the 500channels app for your own non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or misuse the app, except as the law expressly allows.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• record, rebroadcast, sell or publicly exhibit channels or programmes watched through the Service;
• use the Service in any commercial venue or for any commercial purpose;
• scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, or with any channel's servers;
• use the Service in breach of any law or anyone else's rights.

6. Third-party channels and trademarks

Channels, programmes, names and logos belong to their respective owners. Showing them in the app doesn't mean they endorse or are affiliated with 500channels, or that we endorse them. Rights holders can ask us to remove a channel under our Content & Copyright Policy.

7. Advertising

The Service is free and may include ads, including ads shown before or while channels play. Advertisers are responsible for their ads.

8. Our intellectual property

The 500channels name, logo, app design, software and website content belong to strongmetrics. These terms don't give you any right to use them except to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Live streams are run by third parties and may stop, change or contain errors at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, strongmetrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party channel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any channel in it, at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
